Through Rainbow Creator I offer cultural organisations and creative initiatives ‘down to earth’ impact advice and support in order for them to achieve the value and change they want to create. With a holistic and inclusive view, overseeing interconnectivity, I unravel complexity and clarify what pathways can create the way to their colourful horizon. I enable organisations with the right tools to measure, elevate and steer on their positive impact mission.
It is humans’ basic need to create, wonder and explore. And so, we better make it great! Therefore, I find it fascinating to work on impact within the arts, culture and creative sector and reveal the personal, societal and transformative impacts of it.
What does impact mean?
To me impact means the true value (emotional, social, economical, environmental, personal) you create. In order to know what is true – not only for you – it is of essence that you are open to learn, reflect and interact with your surrounding to find out. Welcoming diverse perspectives, working together and being aware of your own biases.
Diving into your impact also means ethics. You must feel the responsibility to steer with a moral, reflective and if possible evidence based compass. Being able to mitigate (expected and unexpected) negative impact even if the intentions were great. And, utilize positive impact drivers.
